For over 35 years, Metal Products Company has been a leading custom manufacturer in the Pacific Northwest. With Three CNC milling machines, Five wire EDM machines, a laser cutter, multiple wet and hydraulic grinders, heat treat ovens, and powder coating capabilities, we’re a one-stop shop for prototyping and OEM projects.

CNC Milling Center Basics

CNC milling centers help improve efficiency in creating parts historically done in manual mills. With multiple tool holders and a tool changer, our CNC Programmers create three-dimensional programs to run your parts for multiple operations all while leaving the material in the machine as much as possible. Wire EDM Basics

Wire EDM machines have revolutionized the die building world. Wire EDM machines direct an electrical current down a brass or copper wire, that is contained by dielectric water to burn material and make the designed cut. Wire EDMs are capable of cutting the final details in fully hardened tool steel, to holding tight tolerances in plastic parts.
