Stud Plates or Plate Straps
Stud Plate Product Information: Plate Straps, also known as Stud Plates, are crucial in any building project. The use of Stud Plates are needed when an exterior or load bearing interior wall’s width has been reduced by 50%, due to the passing of wiring or conduit piping. Stud Plates help reinforce these areas, along with protecting your wiring and conduit piping from nails during the sheet rock process.
We offer Stud Plates in many different sizes. We manufacture plates straps in three different gauges (12, 16, and 18), varying lengths from six to thirty-six inches in three inch increments, and multiple widths.
Just like all of our products, our Stud Plates are made in the USA.
